The High Tech Campus Eindhoven will be expanding significantly over the next ten years to provide space for foreign technology companies. This will be done in collaboration with the Brabant Development Agency (BOM). The High Tech Campus Eindhoven wants to develop a total of 100,000 square meters of additional business space, with a focus on R&D activities.
Collaboration with BOM and technology companies
The expansion is crucial for strengthening the region's technological ecosystem. BOM and High Tech Campus Eindhoven jointly select companies that fit in well with this ecosystem. Despite the tightness on the electricity grid, the campus is still able to supply sufficient energy, partly thanks to new smart energy solutions. For example, building 91 with 12,600 m² of innovatively furnished space was recently completed.
ASML and future innovation hubs
The expansion is also important to keep companies such as ASML, which previously considered relocating abroad, in the region. In addition, the campus is expanding the AI Innovation Center and a new hub has been opened, 3Eality, focused on spatial computing and digital twins.
Own project office accelerates development
High Tech Campus Eindhoven manages the land and has its own project office with 35 employees, which ensures rapid implementation of projects. In 2026, two new buildings with a total of 17,000 m² will be completed, with which the campus will further strengthen its position as the innovative heart of the region.
