SME innovation News PPS financing Valorisation & Market creation

Holland High Tech stimulates innovation. We do this, among other things, by awarding grant funds for research in the form of public-private partnership projects (PPP-I) by a consortium of one or more knowledge institutions, companies, and other organizations. These PPP projects contribute to urgent transitions, develop innovations using one or more (key) technologies from our innovation domains, and contribute to one or more of the Knowledge and Innovation Agendas.

In the first round of 2026, seven projects received support. The breadth of project types is striking; the grants range from a capsule endoscope on a wire for diagnosing colon cancer, the development of a new generation of AI chips using lasers, and making EUV more sustainable, to the future energy infrastructure for data centers. Holland High Tech is extremely pleased with the high quality of the applications and the diversity of the projects.

The detailed content of each project and the participating public-private consortia can be found on our projects page.
