The first edition of Digitalization Week will take place from 18 to 25 September, 2026. Activities will take place throughout the Netherlands to demonstrate how digitalization contributes to innovation, our earning capacity, and as a solution to the major societal challenges we face.

A week full of inspiration and collaboration

Digitalization Week 2026 will be a nationwide initiative where businesses, schools, knowledge institutions, municipalities, and social organizations will open their doors. Through workshops, debates, open houses, inspiring lectures, and concrete examples, they will demonstrate how digital technology offers opportunities and the challenges we must solve together.

From a one-day event tot to a week of action

On 24 September2025, Digitalization Day brought together government, knowledge institutions, and businesses around the theme of security. The initiators say the success has left them wanting more, which is why a Digitalization Week will be organized in 2026.
