DISCA'23

Reserve November 23 in your diary for the DISCA'23 Awards with the theme 'Trust in the chain'. Companies cannot nominate themselves; the power lies with the customer or supplier. The jury, including Marc Hendrikse, figurehead of Holland High Tech, assesses which collaborations deserve the highest recognition.

More information

Every year, Link Magazine conducts an extensive survey and asks for nominations from a diverse group of companies in three crucial categories:

Best Process & Parts Supplier Award: 174 Nominations
This award recognizes suppliers who, despite non-standardized supply chains, manage to deliver (more or less) on time and at the agreed price. The winner distinguishes itself through reliable production and distribution of parts, in combination with excellently organized business processes.

Best Knowledge Supplier Award: 74 Nominations
Companies with their own R&D (including engineering) in the Netherlands are eligible for this award. They add value to the customer's end product through development and engineering efforts. The knowledge they provide contributes substantially to increasing the value of the end product and/or reducing costs.

Best Customer Award: 120 Nominations
Dutch industrial outsourcers at OEM or first-tier supplier level can be nominated. These companies, with their own R&D/engineering that outsource production and/or development/engineering, enable suppliers to deliver maximum added value. Transparency, forecasting, clear communication and keeping agreements are crucial here.

Companies nominated by more than one customer or supplier advance to the second round, where a short assessment takes place. A jury, chaired by Joes Wigman and Marc Hendrikse, determines who will advance to the final. The winners will be announced live during an exclusive meeting on Thursday, November 23.
