Roundtable meeting on AI applications in the (high-tech) manufacturing industry
During the roundtable session 'AI applications in the (high-tech) manufacturing industry' on Thursday afternoon, October 31, organized by the AI-Matters consortium, consisting of Brainport Industries, TNO and TU/e, we will discuss their challenges and needs and the role that AI can play here. We then link AI technology providers (focused on the manufacturing industry) and system integrators to these challenges. They are therefore explicitly invited to register for this session.
In small groups of maximum 8 people, we will address different themes in 3 rounds, such as automation of production and quality control, the use of cobots and robots, factory planning, circularity and data-driven production. We want to collect the needs of the manufacturing industry and match them to technology providers and system integrators. These parties are given the opportunity to use the AI-Matters test and experiment facilities, so that they can test the AI application without having to make large investments immediately. Based on a pre-completed questionnaire in which you can indicate the themes of your preference, we will make a table layout. After the round tables, some inspiring use cases of the application of AI are presented and the afternoon ends with a networking drink.
