Organizations should adapt processes for recirculation, refurbishing, and remanufacturing to meet sustainability standards.
Advancing Systems Engineering for ESC
Canvas 2026 & 2027 is a public-private research partnership between TNO-ESI and Canon Production Printing (CPP) aimed at advancing systems engineering for Environmental Sustainability and Circularity (ESC) in high-tech industries. Building on Canvas 2024 and 2025, the project develops methodologies, frameworks, and tools to co-create circular business and product strategies, emphasizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), multi-objective decision analysis, and Life Cycle Assessments for cyber-physical systems.
