He led the Product Development Department in an inspiring way. His qualities and dedication have made a huge contribution to the success of DAF and the automotive industry as a whole. This also includes his leadership in the development of the new generation of DAF trucks.

In his role as chairman of our roadmap Automotive, he has been involved in driving innovation in high tech since the beginning of Holland High Tech. We will miss his dedication and passion for the field.

We wish his wife, children, relatives and all colleagues from DAF Trucks and in the automotive industry a lot of strength in the coming period.
