Who is Holland High Tech?

Holland High Tech (Foundation TKI HTSM) connects and strengthens the Dutch high-tech systems and materials sector. We bring together companies, knowledge institutes and government bodies to enhance the Netherlands’ earning power and, in doing so, reinforce our autonomy, security and technological innovation. We operate across the entire innovation chain – from research to market application – ensuring that knowledge, talent and resources are strategically deployed to address the major societal transitions of our time.

Board

The Board of Holland High Tech (Foundation TKI HTSM) is responsible for the strategy and implementation of the foundation’s policies. The Board works closely with our Supervisory Board, Programme Council, and the bureau, which is responsible for day-to-day operations.

As one of the TKIs, we focus with great energy and enthusiasm on our sector for high-tech systems, materials, and the associated key technologies. Behind the scenes and in our official documents, we are officially known as the TKI HTSM.

The Programme Council is a key step in the sector's strategic renewal and focuses on organizing innovation around so-called innovation domains – (key) technologies and application areas with the greatest potential for societal impact on urgent transitions and economic earning power.
