NAE Innovation conference ‘Strong links for retaining engineering talent’
Engineering talent is indispensable for innovation, our international position, and for societal transitions such as sustainability and digitalisation. Yet in the Netherlands, only 19% of students choose a STEM degree. There is also less focus on outflow from the sector, even though this is where real progress can be made. During the annual Innovation Conference of the Netherlands Academy of Engineering, the central theme is how education, government, and industry can jointly strengthen the attraction and retention of engineering talent.
For whom?
Executives, policymakers, researchers, education professionals, and companies committed to strengthening engineering talent in the Netherlands.
