On Friday 9 December at 14:00-16:00 hrs, the Top Sector Energy, Green PowerNL and Regulatory Body SIA are organizing a joint event to kick off a coordinated approach to the human capital energy transition agenda. The energy transition is urgent and requires a major effort from all of us.

Now is the time to join forces. A coordinated approach in which the various programs such as the National LLO-Catalyst, AiNed, Opscaling PPS vocational education, Just Transition Fund and the HCAs of the top sectors Chemistry and HTSM work with regional governments, schools and SMEs with the common goal: sufficiently trained personnel to enable the energy transition.

Program

• Dr. Lisa Peters is leading the event.
• Paulien Herder opens the event and shares her vision on HCA in the energy transition.
• Peter Molengraaf and Marsha Wagner hand over the supported advice for a coordinated approach to Sandor Gaastra.
• Six universities of applied sciences will present their plan to work with companies, knowledge institutions and other stakeholders on regional roadmaps through a liaison function. They will jointly present two national plans: the establishment of a knowledge platform and further professionalization of the learning communities. They will confirm this cooperation during the event.
• Afterwards there will be a festive networking drink.
