More information

Human Capital Agenda

GroenkrachtNL's HCA describes a vision, ambition and approach to achieve a good connection between education and the labor market in the hydrogen transition. This program is important for all projects that contribute to the scaling up of hydrogen in the Netherlands.

For whom?

This knowledge session is for people from the hydrogen sector who are interested in collaboration between education, business, government and knowledge institutions.

Programme

  • Update of the HCA program 2024-2028 (Marsha Wagner from GroenkrachtNL). In 2021, GroenkrachtNL started the HCA program. They recently released the Human Capital Agenda 2024-2028, with the strategy for the coming years. Marsha Wagner provides more information about the plans.
  • Introduction of Make Hydrogen Work (liaison Ronald Kleijn from GroenkrachtNL). Make Hydrogen Work is a modern digital learning environment where you can independently follow high-quality education about hydrogen, wherever and whenever you want. After a successful completion, you will receive 'micro-credentials', or digital certificates.
  • Introduction of the roadmaps, goals and working methods (Marsha Wagner from GroenkrachtNL): GroenkrachtNL works with regional liaisons in 6 regions. A liaison is a person who is committed to creating and implementing innovative solutions in their region. A roadmap has been developed for each region with the regional ambitions for the energy and hydrogen transition. In addition, the roadmaps contain the most promising activities to achieve a powerful learning community approach. The aim is to quickly build skills in the region.
  • In-depth roadmaps (liaisons Bert Jimmink (on behalf of the East region), Bjorn Koopmans and Simone Maase from GroenkrachtNL): During the knowledge session we will delve deeper into the roadmaps of 3 different regions.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions during the knowledge session.
