Lifelong Developing even more firmly on the agenda
Marc Hendrikse has joined the board of Holland High Tech partner Stichting Mikrocentrum Nederland as member and incoming chairman. With Hendrikse's arrival, Mikrocentrum strengthens its ambition to further embed Lifelong Development in the high-tech ecosystem.
The high-tech and manufacturing industry is one of the most dynamic but at the same time most complex sectors in the world. Marc Hendrikse has shown throughout his career that structurally seeking connections and sharing knowledge are essential if the Dutch high-tech manufacturing industry is to maintain its top position. “The complexity is such that only cooperation is the solution,” says Hendrikse. “You have to ensure that you continue to work on ecosystem development in order to realize this. You innovate smartly together. Two elements are essential here: finding, keeping and training talent on the one hand, and connecting the talents on the other.
Mikrocentrum has proven to be of great added value for the high-tech sector for more than 50 years. Especially now, in this time of transitions, Lifelong Development and connection are therefore of crucial importance.”
