What will mobility look like in a sustainable future and how will we realise that? New approaches, solutions and stories are needed to tackle the uncertainties of current and future innovations: for example, new transport concepts, transforming public spaces and the innovations that are required for this. The aim of the call ‘Mobility in a sustainable future (KIC)’ is to develop new future visions for sustainable mobility.
Aim
The aim of this call is to develop a new coherent entity of ideas, opinions and understandings (narratives) about mobility as well as to develop innovative designs for mobility systems for people in the sustainable Netherlands of the future. What will mobility look like in that future? How do we ensure that mobility is inclusive and accessible? Which technological innovations are required to achieve this? Broad(er) conceptual frameworks are needed to realise this. It is expected that the call will be published at the end of December 2022.
