Many companies still do not know enough about how to protect themselves against cyber threats. This makes their business processes and valuable data vulnerable to cyber criminals. With the Cyber Resilience subsidy scheme, the Digital Trust Center encourages groups of companies in non-vital sectors to work together in the field of cyber security. The Cyber Resilience Subsidy Scheme will open on September 2 with a total budget of 600 thousand euros. Subsidy applications are possible until October 14, 2024.

Purpose

The aim of the scheme is to create new networks, or maintain existing networks, where members apply their knowledge and expertise in cyber resilience. In a cyber resilience network, entrepreneurs work together with other organisations for a long period of time to increase cyber resilience, within and between non-vital branches, sectors and regions.

Companies that are active in vital sectors may also be part of the network. Although these companies are not the target group of this subsidy scheme, with their knowledge and expertise they can increase the network's chances of success.

Budget and application period

Applications can be submitted from September 2, 2024 to October 14, 2024. The total budget is 600 thousand euros with a maximum subsidy amount per project of 150 thousand euros.
