To stimulate the development of a new generation of high-tech equipment, research funding of 10.6 million euros is available with a term of 5 years. The future-proof high-tech equipment is focused on sustainability, digitalization, health and the technology sovereignty of the Netherlands. This PPP call is part of NxtGen Hightech, which is financed in the context of the National Growth Fund.
Purpose
The aim of this Call for proposals is to provide space for academic research within a number of prioritized key technologies and system technologies that are relevant to several promising application domains in the context of the National Growth Fund Program NxtGen Hightech. In addition, it also offers the opportunity for new parties (both companies and knowledge institutions) to contribute to knowledge development within the NxtGen High-tech program.

An application can be submitted by a main applicant and one or more co-applicants. An application is drawn up by a consortium in which, in addition to the applicants, other participants, including co-financiers, are involved. A consortium always consists of researchers from two or more different research organizations (of which at least one is a university), supplemented by one or more co-financiers and possibly supplemented by one or more collaboration partners.
