On January 16, the farewell reception of Willem Endhoven as Managing Director of High Tech NL took place in Eindhoven. During the reception, we looked back on the early days of the High Tech NL association and the highlights that – under Willem's leadership for more than 10 years – have ensured a flourishing national trade association for the Dutch high-tech industry.
Thanks to his commitment to the ecosystem with a focus on stimulating collaborations in four essential domains; Semiconductors, Robotics, Life Sciences and Energy, the association has grown to more than 250 members.
Nobody's perfect but a team can be", according to Willem Endhoven's modest words.
The farewell to High Tech NL is not a final farewell to the high-tech sector. As Ecosystem Community Manager at NEXTGEN Hightech, Willem will further use his knowledge and expertise in the field of ecosystem development.
Gerard van der Zon (Operational Director Holland High Tech) personally presented Willem with a 'token of appreciation' for his years of dedication to our top sector.
