On March 11, the last Roadmap Council of Holland High Tech took place. This Roadmap Council has been committed for years to providing direction to the programming of innovation research and has thus partly determined how, from the start, more than €430 million in subsidies were used for innovation in the Netherlands. A valuable contribution to the high-tech sector and our knowledge position.
The next step in the succession of the Roadmap Council will be the Programme Council. In order to respond to current developments — including the National Technology Strategy, the National Growth Fund projects, the new PPS Innovation Scheme and international developments — we at Holland High Tech are introducing a Programme Council. In our Programme Council, representatives from our various high-tech, systems and materials innovation domains come together to give us strategic advice on the use of R&D resources. In this way, the Programme Council becomes the place where developments in key technologies, application areas and transitions come together to jointly coordinate trends, opportunities and research and innovation programmes. More news about this will follow soon.
Thanks to all members of the Roadmap Council
For now: thanks to all members of the Roadmap Council for their years of dedication and expertise. Fortunately, you will remain involved as a programme council member, representative of an innovation domain or evaluator of research projects. Together we will continue to build on innovation.
