On Thursday, January 16, Director Leo Warmerdam was a participant in a well-organized roundtable with the second chamber's standing committee on defense on innovation in the context of defense innovation strategy.
Leo Warmerdam: “Everyone is convinced that the industry can do more, can be better supported and that choices are inevitable. Innovation within the framework of National Technology Strategy and its action agendas is a logical and good basis to continue building on. Holland High Tech is there to contribute, especially in the area of strengthening public-private partnerships."
During the roundtable with the permanent Parliamentary Committee on Defense, there were also contributions from:
KIVI - Royal Institute of Engineers, TNO, HCSS - The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies, NIDV - Dutch Industry for Defense and Security, Delft Dynamics B.V., AWTI - Advisory Council for Science, Technology and Innovation and professors from the Royal Military Academy.
