Who are we?
Holland High Tech, also known as the High Tech Systems and Materials top sector, grows its innovative power. We contribute to solving urgent transitions and the major social challenges we face, in the Netherlands and the rest of the world. And that requires strength! That is why we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious junior program manager who wants to work in and for technology in the manufacturing industry. Every year, as Holland High Tech, we distribute more than €30 million in innovation funds from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate for public-private partnerships. Here, researchers from knowledge institutions and companies work together on projects. We coordinate various research programs, including our strategic programs and projects, our own calls and calls in collaboration with other organizations. We are also an important player in the Mission-driven Innovation Policy (MIB) and we coordinate the Knowledge and Innovation Agenda for Key Technologies (KIA ST) and Safety (KIA V).
What exactly will you do as a junior program manager?
You will mainly work together with two of our program managers: the program manager for public-private partnerships and the program manager for KIA ST and KIA V. Together you will work on the implementation, coordination and development of existing and new innovation schemes. You have direct contact with our partners: colleagues at knowledge institutions, other top sectors, various ministries and companies. You are an indispensable link in the processes we have: the application for new projects, their monitoring and help with accountability to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).

What do we offer?
You will be employed by an organization with a large network. An organization that is in full development and that achieves a major social and economic impact. You work in a small, friendly team with a lot of space and responsibility. We will of course support you in your development.
Hybrid working is our standard. What does that mean? You divide your work between the office, working from home and wherever else you want to work. We have an office in Utrecht and are also regularly in the Eindhoven region. We are looking for someone for 32 to 36 hours a week. We offer a temporary appointment for a period of one year, with the prospect of permanent employment if performance is good.
And what do you earn?
We offer a nice salary that grows with your performance (indication: € 3,000 - 4,000 gross per month plus holiday pay, end-of-year bonus, pension and travel expenses based on OV business card, 1st class). You will also receive a laptop and telephone allowance.
