After four years of working together on the Human Capital Top Sectors roadmap, we celebrated the results and successes during the Human Capital Festival on Friday, November 3. The Vision 2030 Human Capital Top Sectors was also presented, in which the course is adjusted to the new reality.
Figurehead Jeannine Peek emphasized that the work is certainly not finished yet. “We are committed to ensuring that the collaboration between all Top Sectors, the developed tools and other results from the Roadmap are used optimally. We must adjust our course to the new reality.
We have recorded this in the 'Vision 2030 Human Capital Top Sectors' and shared it with everyone who celebrated this festival with us”:
- In 2030, with the available labor force in the Netherlands, we can provide the groundbreaking solutions that are needed for the Netherlands to become a climate-proof, water-robust, sustainable, healthy and safe innovation country.
- With the use of technology and social innovation we can create higher labor productivity, for this we must train agile professionals. This means investing in: labor-saving measures, Learning Communities and tackling the skills gap.
